Tunivra – IPTV Player is published by Nour Ragab, an individual developer. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact support@tunivra.app. Effective 2 November 2026. This policy covers the native Apple TV app.
Tunivra plays the television streams, playlists, movies, shows and programme information from the provider you choose and add. No channels or content subscription are included. Tunivra does not create an account with the publisher when you enter your provider login.
The app stores list names, avatars, preferences, watchlist and favourites, watched markers, playback positions, image-credit records and parental-control choices (hidden or locked categories) on your device. If you set a parental PIN, it is kept in the Apple TV Keychain and is never sent anywhere. If you choose Keep me signed in, remembered provider credentials and playlist URLs are stored in the device Keychain, including saved lists you can switch between. Provider identifiers are used to separate local viewing data. Passwords and credential-bearing playback URLs are omitted from saved progress records. Without Keep me signed in, the new login is used in memory for the current session; previously remembered lists remain until removed.
When you connect, browse, search the local library or play content, the app contacts the service and stream URLs you supply. Your provider receives the login or playlist credentials needed for access, your IP address, technical request information and the content or programme information requested. Searching filters the downloaded library on your device; selecting a result or loading its artwork/details can make network requests. The publisher does not receive your provider password or viewing activity. Your provider may keep access logs or account records under its own privacy policy.
Artwork is loaded from addresses supplied by your provider, which can include image.tmdb.org and other image hosts. Cast names can be sent to Wikidata to find an actor’s identity and to Wikimedia Commons to find a portrait and its licence. Those services and image hosts receive your IP address and normal network request information. Provider passwords are not sent in Wikidata or Wikimedia lookup queries. Provider-supplied image URLs can contain access tokens, so only add providers you trust. Consolidated portrait credits are available in this policy inside the app.
The app uses Apple’s AVPlayer and VideoLAN’s TVVLCKit/libVLC to play streams directly from their source. No separate video-conversion service is used. No advertising, analytics or tracking service has been added to the native app. Apple may separately process App Store, system diagnostic, remote keyboard or dictation information according to your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. The native app does not request your contacts, precise location, camera or advertising identifier.
Local data remains until you clear it using the app or applicable device controls. Settings → Clear Watch History clears stored resume progress. Disconnect Playlist ends the active provider session; remembered lists remain available until Remove All Data is used. Settings → Remove All Data deletes Tunivra’s remembered lists and credentials from Keychain and its preferences, viewing data and image-credit records from this device, and returns to login. Uninstalling alone may not erase Keychain entries. To remove records retained by your provider, image host or Apple, contact that service; the publisher cannot delete their records.
Keychain protects remembered login data using Apple’s device security facilities. Your device and operating-system backup settings can affect local data. Network requests use the HTTP or HTTPS addresses you provide or that your provider supplies; HTTP does not encrypt information in transit. Prefer HTTPS where the provider supports it. Leaving playback stops that stream. Disconnecting ends the active provider session; in-flight image requests may finish. You can decline to remember a new login. Protect access to your Apple TV and use providers you are entitled to access.
Your provider, Apple, Wikimedia/Wikidata and image hosts may process requests or retain logs outside Australia under their own policies. If you email support, the publisher receives the email address and information you choose to send and uses it to answer and resolve the request. Do not send passwords or full credential-bearing stream URLs. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Contact the publisher to ask about, correct or delete information held in support correspondence.
Changes to this policy will be reflected in its effective date and the version supplied with the app. Contact support@tunivra.app with questions or complaints; the publisher aims to respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at https://www.oaic.gov.au if applicable.
Cast photographs remain the property of their authors and are used under the licence recorded with each resolved image. Portraits may be resized and cropped into circles. The in-app credit register gives the author, source, licence and licence link. Provider artwork and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners; no endorsement is implied. TVVLCKit/libVLC is an unmodified VideoLAN framework distributed under LGPL 2.1; the complete licence and source references are available in Settings → About → VLCKit Open-source License. This app does not claim endorsement or certification by TMDb, Wikimedia or VideoLAN.
