Publisher and agreement

These terms govern use of Tunivra – IPTV Player, published by Nour Ragab, an individual developer. Contact: support@tunivra.app. Effective 2 November 2026. By using the app you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, stop using the app. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard licensed application end user licence agreement also apply to your download and use.

Media player only

Tunivra is a media player for sources that you add yourself. It does not supply, host, sell or include channels, movies, shows, programme rights or a television subscription. The publisher is not affiliated with your chosen content provider and does not endorse any service or its content.

Your providers and access rights

You are responsible for the provider, playlist and content you add. Only access content and services that you are legally entitled to use in your location, and comply with the provider’s terms. Do not use Tunivra to infringe copyright or other rights, share unauthorised credentials, interfere with services or carry out unlawful activity. Provider accounts, charges, availability, content, age suitability and permissions are matters between you and the provider.

App licence and third-party rights

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the app for personal use on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple’s usage rules. The app’s software, design, name, logo and other assets belong to the publisher or their respective licensors. Third-party media, artwork, photographs and trademarks remain with their owners. Open-source components are governed by their own licences; nothing in these terms limits rights those licences or applicable law give you, including rights to modify, replace or reverse engineer open-source components where required by their licences.

Playback and availability

The app and its supported formats may change with updates. No particular provider, codec, subtitle, resolution or uninterrupted playback is guaranteed. Streams can fail because of provider restrictions, unavailable files, incompatible formats, network conditions or device limitations. The app can switch between Apple’s player and VLCKit for compatibility. Do not rely on the app for emergency broadcasts or other time-critical information.

Payments and subscriptions

Any television or content subscription you obtain from a provider is separate from Tunivra. The publisher cannot cancel or refund a provider subscription. If you purchase the app or app features through Apple, Apple’s applicable payment and refund processes apply. No payment for the app gives you rights to third-party content or a content subscription.

Privacy and local data

The Privacy Policy explains data stored on your device and requests made to providers, Apple and artwork services. You are responsible for protecting access to your Apple TV and keeping your provider credentials secure. You can clear progress or remove the app’s local data in Settings. Removing the app’s data does not close an account with your provider or erase records held by third parties.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, the app is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or fit every provider or file. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for loss arising from the availability, legality or operation of a provider or its content, or for indirect or consequential loss. Any lawful limit on liability is subject to your non-excludable rights.

Stopping use and changes

You can stop using the app at any time and use Remove All Data in Settings to erase its stored data on this device. Your provider and Apple may independently restrict or end access under their own terms. The publisher may update the app or these terms; the effective date identifies the version. If a change is unacceptable, stop using the app. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your location. Courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Direct questions, rights concerns, privacy enquiries or support requests to support@tunivra.app.
